Pfft, only 10 oz of steak/chicken/etc! That's not nearly enough for me, although that is quite a lot of egg, though if it's only the whites it's not too bad.

The chicken, turkey, steak and buffalomeat gives protein but do not forget how much protein he gets from the supplements as well.

And the egg-whites!
