Best thing to do is take a friend's birth certificate and social security card down to the Department of Motor Vehicles and tell them you lost your License. You get a new license with all their info on it but with your smiling face on it...that's the best fake ID option...ok, that worked in the old days. Now they keep digital photos on record so you might not want to try that these days!

I still know my brothers SS# and DoB better than my own!

Hmmmm, you could move to a country where its legal to sell booze to everyone over the age of 16 in stores, and its legal to sell to anyone over 18 in a pub/bar :).

Still havent understood your guys wierd ideas about letting people drive at 16, try hard to scare them away from sex, let them be killed in wars at 18, but not let them drink till theyre 21.

Just tough it out. Have your friends bring the booze back to the hotel and drink there. Don't do the SSN and Birth Cert thing. I did that and had an awesome ID till I got narced out by an ex-gf. I ended up with a fraud conviction on my record. I am now prevented from working at banks and credit unions and lost one job right out of college. Everything worked out in the end but that conviction 15 years ago still stands over my head.

Not being able to drink till you are 21 is just stupid. You can do everything any other adult can do at 18 but that. It is a stupid throwback to the prohibition days. I would rather have my 18 year old son or daughter drinking in a responsible establishment than partying it up with some 15 year old in a non-supervised locale. It won't likely change any time soon though because the government makes way too much money busting underage drinkers. Busting one house party brings in thousands of dollars.

Ouch! Working in a bank or credit union would suck anyways!

While I was 17 when I started college, after legally drinking @16 in Europe my senior year of HS, and that ID made my college life a great time (from what I remember!), times have changed for pulling those type of shenanigans. The repercussions are no longer worth it.

That was a vengeful ex girlfriend to do that to you!

I used to know a lot of people that would do the sibling's birth certificate thing, but I've heard that it no longer works AT ALL (at least around here). In the post-9/11 climate, they've become more scrutinizing when supplying a new ID after you've "lost" one.

You need to just ask around. Either with people that work at bars and get a lot of IDs turned in and never collected. People that deal tend to know where to find IDs as well. When I was in school in Dubuque there were some guys in Madison that printed out real IDs, the only thing that they didn't have were the holigrams and they weren't in the system naturally. Your best bet however is to just have your friends buy the booze and bring it to you, granted you can get into the establishments. Just don't get out of hand and stupid. Personally I can't stand minors trying to slip a fast one past me at the bar, so just chill at a booth/table. If you're going during a busy time of the year you should be the least of their worries, granted you keep your cool.

God you're fucking retarded. You can't handle drinking over a four day span.. when you KNOW the people you're going with are going to bring alcohol to you.

Man, you suck. Wait 6 months like everyone else and stop being an idiot.

Needing to be 21 to drink sucks, you can get served here around the time of 16, earlier if you know how.

Waiting until 21 is a bit ridiculous.

Drinking and skiing (snowboarding) is a downright blast. However, I play it as safe as I can and never move off the bunny hill. Nothing but sweet, soft snow to fall on, unless you are too drunk to stop then you could kiss the walls or whatever at the bottom of the hill.

Someone help him out for the love of god. The potential for him performing a drunken Sonny Bono should be all the motivation anyone needs.

Probably falls somewhere between receiving a Tony Danza and performing a dog in a bathtub, but at higher speed and greater impact!
