Oh shit, we better start exterminating any creature that can possibly hurt us. Especially in the ocean. Sting Rays, Sharks, maybe even Dolphins (they get mad sometimes too). Its them or us.

Officials say stingrays don't normally leap into boats, as one did in Florida Tuesday.
lol

I heard the stingrays are demanding a bigger part in the next Little Mermaid movie than Sebastian the Crab had in the first Little Mermaid movie or they will continue the attacks.

Bullshit it jumped into the boat. They probably caught it or netted it and drug it onboard.

Rays often jump out of the water to rid themseslves of parasites. If they were on top of a migrating school (and it is that time of year )it wouldn't be that odd.

I'm not sure what time of day it happened but a lot of fish in shallow water leap when suddenly illuminated at night. We used to catch mullet for bait by busting a school at night and knocking them into the boat.

No experienced fisherman would boat a ray (well more than once :))and this guy was in his 80's. They are totally unmanageable thrashing about with tails and fins. There just isn't a good way to grab one. You just cut the leader close and let 'em go.
