i'm sure it is harder than ever to "grow" up your character since Veeshan is such an established server.

it seems like you are pretty much frustrated about the guild situation.

if i were you i wouldnt focus on it.

i would focus on trying to meet people

i didnt join a guild till like lvl 28 and it found me, not the other way around. Just by grouping with people and meeting people, i got the invite. Just keep it up, keep marching along gaining levels and project a good attitude, and people will want to hang out with you and soon you will find yourself in a guild. :)

Does Azian still play? If so, send him a tell and he will hook you up with his guild.

Supperdave got a guild...I am sure you can. Check out a guild like the Honorable Few. Not a lot of people on this board are going to be able to help out wiht mid-level guild suggestions I am afraid. We are mostly higher end raiding types who all hate each other to varying degrees. If you want nothing more than a guild tag, hang out in West commons and wait til some dumbass starts /OOC-ing about starting a guild and wants tells if you want to join. If you want more out of it than that, then start looking at high end guilds and build yourself as a player towards reaching that goal. Ask people from that guild for tips on playing more effectively and for gear suggestions. Only advice I have for you that des not involve attempting to place parts of your body where they will not fit or reach. 8)

I'll pretty much echo what Voro said. If you have a good attitude people will want you around. As you meet more people you'll run into those you want to hang out with, as well as learn who the jackasses are.

The gap between the sub-55 guilds and the 60+ raiding guilds that most folks here belong to is pretty huge.

Why do you want to be guilded?

Some Guilds I would suggest checking out:

Wrecking Crew
Honorable Knights
Wayfarers of Veeshan
Rage Veeshan

All are friendly guilds with a wide range of membership levels.
War is an option whose time has passed. Peace is the only option for the future. At present we occupy a treacherous no-man's-land between peace and war, a time of growing fear that our military might has expanded beyond our capacity to control it and our political differences widened beyond our ability to bridge them. . . .

Short of changing human nature, therefore, the only way to achieve a practical, livable peace in a world of competing nations is to take the profit out of war.
--RICHARD M. NIXON, "REAL PEACE" (1983)

"Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired, represents, in the final analysis, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, who are cold and are not clothed. This world in arms is not spending money alone. It is spending the sweat of its laborers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children."

I was grouped with a few people from Wayfarers of Veeshan and they seemed like a really nice bunch of folks. I'd check them out.

Dont know any of them personally but I have run into them a few times with mid level alts, they seem like nice people that tend to keep to them selfs. Wrecking Crew also gets high marks as does The Honorable Few. I think all of these guilds and may more can help you along the way to what it is your looking for in your game. On a side note I think KoE also has lower level players(pretty sure I have seen several low level members but could be just gimps), they have a fine reputation and provide raids on tier 2 and 3 mobs for their higher level players.

lol KoE on tier 3? You must have a fucked up definition of tier 3. I haven't seen any KoE in hohob, cod, bot, drunder, or torment. They must be going anon or something.

Think he means Tier 3 as in Tier 1 being the highest / furthest progressed / best geared guilds - not tiers as in PoP tiers.

Dun't worry Medlor, there are lots of good guilds out there that don't have level requirements.. Some of them are actively recruiting and they shout all throughout zones.

Test the waters :) Just because they're shouting for members doesn't necessarily mean they aren't FUN.

I remember when one of my secondary chars was running around gfay, someone was shouting for guild members, so I joined up.. and it was actually REALLY fun.

However, nothing compares to the Fluff... :)

Yes, Karae, we are all going anon...duh.

*edit* extra =P for you!

Also, make friends, have fun... joining a guild for any reason less than that is a waste of time.

I was talking about the teir system they use on legends server, its a great gague of skill of your guild. This is used to keep popluation down in the higher end zones, your guild must kill all the targets on the first tier to progress to the next, or at least thats my understanding of it.

Tier 1
Lord Trakanon
Innoruuk

Tier 2
Velketor the Sorceror
Zlandicar
Rhag Zhezum

Dain Frostreaver
Ikitair the Venom
Eashen of the Sky
Lendindara the Keeper
Thought Horror Overfiend
Statue of Rallos Zek
Dozekar the Cursed

Tier 4

Medlor, try going to Guild Magic, they have there most of the guilds per server and they show the requirements. Good luck.

I want to express My personal gratitude for the guild of which I am a proud member and officer (still dunno why they keep My often dead arse around LOL), the Wrecking Crew, being mentioned as at the very least friendly **smiles** we have a great bunch of folx in the guild and we are climbing. Ifn anyone ever needs a hand, dont hesitate to call upon My ranja arse.
