Taskbar

Someone moved mine to the top of my window and I can't move it back to the bottom. Are there any keys that will allow me to move it with the mouse just sitting on it? I can't get the mouse to somewhere that it will give me arrows to move the top back down

click on the taskbar and hold the button down.. then simply drag it back to the bottom..

Might be a dumb question... but did you unlock it first before trying to move it?
