Assasin's Creed is in fact coming to the 360.

EGM and another euro print mag are confirming it in their October issue.

Gaming history?

I've looked at the teasers for this game and I'm not all that impressed. I will definately have no bearing on which console I will be buying next.

I think the worst kept secrets in gaming history were Duke Nukem Forever will be delayed, that Daikatana was going to suck, Horizons would not live up to the hype and WoW would be a big hit.

I for one am excited as hell about this. I have decided to buy the 360 today, and probably not get the PS3 until mid next year. My reasons ended up being price, not wanting to wait, and really not many games on the PS3 that I thought gave it an edge.

The only thing I was bummed out about was not having this game on the 360, but now that it is coming out, im happy.

This game looks like one of those types of games that engineers a complete genre just based from itself. Because of this game, you will be able to do all kinds of things with physics and actual stealthyness just to get by. Such as hiding in sight - blending in with the crowd. This is gona be a great game...

I don't know why, but I keep thinking of the original Thief when I hear about this game.

Yeah, exactly. Think original theif but WAY better. With the ability to interact with every person on the map with something other than killing, or robbing them blind. I have a great review of it in a pc gamer magazine that just totally sold me on the game. I will get this game.
