"He's coming. I'm actually nervous."

"That's cute Ari."

God I love this show...

Though I'm very sad about how the season ended. :(

I'm SO angry right now. During storms yesterday a tree fell on a power line a couple blocks from my house and power was up and down around 2pm.

The power company came to fix it around 8pm and shut our whole grid down, so no season finales for me last night. :(

Thank goodness for OnDemand.

Deadwood finale:

It definately ended with a wimper. Great episode though. Sucks to be that prostitute!

Cy Tolliver stabbing the opium addict was odd. Someone explain that one to me.

As it ended for season three, I'd say Hearst got the better of everyone. We'll have to wait for the final 4 hours of the show next year to have a little more closure to the various plotlines.

Exactly. I thought he was going to hop the railing and make a go at Hearst...guess he just needed to kill someone though, and hey, why not Leon? :D

I don't know if I'd call the ending a "whimper". They did about as much as they could to make it exciting while still keeping it somewhat historically accurate. You know they couldn't kill Hearst or Swearengen, as they are both real guys with documented deaths. I, for one, was on the edge of my seat for about 20 minutes in that epsode.
God I love that show. I'm sad that it will be ending soon.

That I felt it went out with a "whimper" doesn't mean the episode was bad. I thought it was great. Bullock needs to kill someone. He had several outbursts directed at Hearst, basically calling him out, but Hearst didn't do anything so I guess that counts for something.
I'm curious as to what the final four hours will focus on.
