REDMOND, Wash., Aug. 24, 2006 – The only thing more fun than new Nintendo® DS Lite hardware colors is trying to keep up with the breakneck sales of the software to play on the popular little portable! On Sept. 13, two new colors – Onyx and Coral Pink – join Polar White, which is enjoying its own incredible sales peak and getting noticed everywhere.

This is probably one of the worse written press releases I've ever read.

You do realize that companies are in business to make money, right?

You do realize that there are more market segments than 12-20 something males, right?

Did it ever occur to you that maybe Nintendo, Sony, Nokia, Motorola, etc. are designing their products in different colors to generate interest in those other market segments?

Wouldn't it be great if Bayer Healthcare LLC would take a similar tact with the marketing of Midol? If they started marketing it to you, maybe you'd stop menstruating all over the forum.

I never criticized you for having an opinion. I criticized your opinion... because it's stupid. I also made a concerted effort to create a logic trail you could follow so you'd stop being a fucking moron, but I can see that I failed. As smart as I am, I'm not smart enough to make your stupid smart.

I was thinking of getting a DS just to mess around with... But I didn't like the white. Maybe now I'll be more inclined to pick one up.

awesome... but i already imported one! having a different colored DS is nice so i can tell mine apart from my fiances easily, and the purse factor.

it's awesome that nintendo markets to girls. it's okay for girls to like pink and to like to play games. i'm not sorry i don't act like i have a penis so as to impress funkmasterr and the like.

but back to the topic at hand, that shade is much more a pearl pink than a coral pink.
