So I come home today to a particularly strong rain. Next to my drive way I have a giant Palo Verde which has more or less been the only tree to survive our yearly monsoons since I moved into the subdivision. Every single other tree here has fallen over in every yard in the subdivision.
I back into the driveway everyday pretty much under this tree. I had just parked and was watching the rain from the driveway and it was eroding the fuck out of the ground in the yard and the tree kept swaying so I ran back inside and got my keys to move my truck, as soon as I got in the tree literally started falling so I pounded the gas and fishtailed it out of the driveway in literally the knick of time. Caught some scratches in the paint on the back end but it's not all that bad. Sorry but I didn't resize these as the smaller resolutions on the camera came out shitty because it wouldn't focus through the rain.
This is more or less the aftermath.

This one best displays where I park, right under the tree. If you look at the line in the cement that splits the driveway in two, I usually park on the right hand side of that line.

Here's the rest
