Can't remember if I posted about this yet, but i recently signed up for http://www.gameznflix.com. Basically a combination of Gamefly and Netflix (and it has books), and it's pretty cheap. Like $16/mo. to have 3 titles out. You can even pay a year at a time for 6 titles out, and it only ends up being $20.75/mo.
I got my first game 2 days after they shipped it, so I was happy with that.
