Outstanding graphics but all you can do is zoom in and out, there's no 360 rotation.
The look of the character screen and inventory is similar to Dungeon Siege or Champions of Norrath.
I haven't played enough to pick up skills oe a class. (which means I've played about 20 minutes) If you are in the mood for a Diablo type game I think you'll be satisfied with Titan Quest. From my understanding, it's not a short game and there seems to be enough magic/equipment to keep it interesting.

Downloaded it and played for a couple hours. Pretty sucky game in my opinion. Real glad I didn't spend money on it.
What I didn't like about it was the gameplay itself. The mobs all move lightning fast. If you are lucky you can get one or two bow shots off before you are getting crunched in melee. A standard 1024X768 screen will allow the mobs to shoot at you from off screen and they can usually smack you a couple times before you see the itty bitty tiny blur that is supposed to be an arrow.
The first major boss mob that I am told to beat kills me once and made me burn through every potion I had to stay alive. Sure I was only like level 3 but I killed everything possible up to that point and he was still like level 6 or more. I had to kill him to continue with the main quest.
This is also one of those games where you ahve to hold shift to keep attacking otherwise you end up running all over the map trying to hit the sprinting mobs and you might as well keep the 'z' buton taped down because it is almost impossible to see loot, let alone pick it up without it.
I don't have a lot of patience for these kind of small annoyances in a game. If that doesn't bother you then feel free to try it. As I said up top, I am glad I didn't pay $50 for it.

Deward
I downloaded it, got to level 7, deleted it again.
Its basically Diablo 2 all over again, but without nice cutscenes, and in the time i played, there were no story yet, only a few small quests, so nothing to motivate me to go on.
And yes, mobs are fast, i played an archer, and if there are more than 3 mobs, you cant just stand and shoot, gotta run, fire once, run, fire once.
Nice idea about the skill tree though.

I have a level 32 conqueror which is basically a defender class + warrior though I have no points in warrior yet. The game is basically Diablo 2 with much better graphics and different things to left-click madly on. If you really liked D2, you'll like this, but if you're tired of D2 or didn't like it, don't bother at all. One thing that really annoys me... I really like Greek Mythology, but the game does a horrible job of using the Greek Mythos as part of the story. It should really be called, "Mythology Quest (sort of)" as it spans 3 different mythos' and doesn't really closely follow any of them.
The main thing this game does differently is the way it handles skill trees and classes. In this game you get a lot more points to spread throughout the skill trees, and you're able to 'combine' classes. The other thing that seems different is that with this game you have low level skills that are useful immediately and only get better with age. You don't have to hoard skill points like some people did in D2. You also have the ability to buy back skill points if you find you've invested in a tree you don't really like. There are limitations, but cash isn't one of them... you'll have more cash than you know what to do with in the game.
Initially you start out on some newb level, and you have to beat it to unlock the harder ones. I think epic and legendary are their names. Allegedly those are much harder, much more fun and have much better drops. The game itself is really long though... I'm about to beat the newb level and it's taken me like 20 hours or so. I think a lot of this is because of the class I'm playing. As a defender I don't do too much damage, but when I moved things over to the warrior skill tree for testing, I mowed shit down. I think the game would have been much faster (at least on the newb level) if I'd gone warrior then defender.
I've not tried any multiplayer, but it's there if you want it. There are apparently a lot of people who are having technical issues with the game, but I've had zero problems. The frame rate does slow down occasionally, but I'm running it at 1680x1050 with everything maxed and most of the time it's fine.
I can't really recommend this game, but if you're looking for a good time waster, it's pretty good. Allegedly, the cracked version on the torrent sites will fuck your system somehow though I purchased it so I can't speak to that.
