Seems some AI have a conscience after all...

It took a few weeks, but it seems Supperdave was summarily booted from AI. CT didn't get the 81k back, but Supperdave is now guildless.

Supperdave was quite defiant though, saying that he didn't need anyone when I asked him what it was like without a guild.

I wonder how long it will be before some other guild takes Supperdave into their ranks.

I'd want to know why the exact reason why they kicked him out before I'd go thanking them for doing the right thing. It's entirely possible it was for something unrelated to his theft of CT plat, in which case they'd get no credit from me.

I was asked if I wanted to group by a AI chanter the other day, and I said that no, at the moment I chose not to group with AI members. He wanted to know why, and I explained my position on the whole Supperdave situation.

According to him, AI had offered to return the money several times, but had been "laughed out".

Not saying this is true, just saying it seemed like he believed it to be true.

Maybe we can have agentx's opinion on this! On second thought, that's ok.

As for them offering to give the money back I haven't heard anything like that mentioned in /gu or on our boards so I'd doubt what they say. However I'll leave that to Aruman or Thess.

You have to wonder about the kind of person that robs a guild to prove a point to, or get back at, an individual in that guild. At least they finally realized what a worthless sack of shit he was.
