WASHINGTON (AP) — President Bush on Monday sharply condemned the disclosure of a program to secretly monitor the financial transactions of suspected terrorists. "The disclosure of this program is disgraceful," he said.
"For people to leak that program and for a newspaper to publish it does great harm to the United States of America," Bush said, jabbing his finger for emphasis. He said the disclosure of the program "makes it harder to win this war on terror."
The guy complains about about revealing a process which is semi-legal and very questionable, after the VA under his administration failed to protect the data of our own current, and past soldiers? The same guy who has said shit about protecting the data from future loss?

You seriously need to read for comprehension. The legality of the program is solid as a rock. And the only questions are how the MSM can use this to hurt the Bush administration and the war on terror. The NY Times is going down over this one.
