You guys are FUCKING PATHETIC. Why didn't you tell me this yesterday WHEN YOU FUCKING CALLED ME?

You waited an entire FUCKING DAY when I ordered this yesterday in order to have it shipped YESTERDAY so that I would have it today. You even called me and told me it was all set yesterday.

Your business policies FUCKING SUCK. Please forward this to the MORONIC FUCKING IDIOT who came up with these kind of policies. I run a multimillion dollar t-shirt company...the largest in the world. You PEOPLE ARE FUCKING MORONS. PLEASE FORWARD THIS TO YOUR MORONIC FUCKING OWNER and tell him to contact Aaron Schwarz (me), the owner of tshirthell.com so that I can call him a fucking moron to his face.

Thank you kindly!

Frankly, if he was meant to get it, more power to him for having the balls to call you on it like you deserve.

If he wasn't meant to get it, he's on a big old fat power trip.

Unloading like that on some poor CS schmuck who had nothing to do with the initial problem is just a pure no-class maneuver.

You patiently and carefully find out who fucked up THEN you tear THEM a new one.

While a real CEO would not even have been involved, I have to say, if you do your customer wrong and piss them off, then so be it. I have been on the downside and upside of the issue, and I am SICK of companies, and governments thinking that almost is the same as actually.

If I am not on time to work, I lose money, if I am negligent in my job I lose it, if I am 3 days late in doing part of my job I am nelgligent. My clients are my responsibility, be they end users at work, or someone I am helping on the side. When I fail them, I face the fact they may be mad. But I try to never promise what I cannot deliver. People are never bothered when I say time X and I show up early, but when I show up late, I have failed them, and I have failed myself. While I think the guy is a jerk I do not think he is WRONG, just inept at basic communication skills. If your company wishes to protect IT'S employees from this type of behavior, then they should send them a registered letter containing a note letting him know that his firms business is no longer welcome, and give him a discount of 20%, then write him off as a good loss. But they won't, so I appreciate your need to vent, but do not think that he was inexcusable. It sounds like your firm also failed.

I vote with my dollars and my feet, I expect companies to live up to what they promise and I am frequently forced to be a dick just to get them to provide the basic services/products they offer this is unacceptable.

Give you an example, Newegg.com is the most amazing place to buy comp stuff online. You might be able to find one item someplace cheaper sometimes, but if you just use Newegg ( at least for the last 5 years) then you have been saving money all along. Their customer support is INFUCKINGCREDIBLE. Website is well designed and searchable and they are great at presenting GOOD photos of products along with tech specs, user reviews, manufacturer website links etc.

AND THEN

There is everybody else.

The difference is companies thinking it is an affront when a customer is pissed enough with their service/product to actually be angry, and those who just resolve it, or do not screw it up to start with. But I apprecaite your anger too, I vent mine here too, so I am not getting on your venting, I just think that most firms expect forgiveness instead of anger, and IMHO they are wrong.

Why do you think the email made it to my inbox? I killed it. You are reading a lot of stupid shit into this. It didn't effect me anymore than laughing for a few minutes at a douchebag internet guy.

That's a pretty brave bet there, partner, wagering that someone who makes their business on the internet may play the most obscenely successful MMO ever created. You daredevil you!
