It's pretty funny this season. I'm mainly watching it for this guy though.

I don't really think there is anything in his jokes we all haven't thought of ourselves but just didn't want to look crass in saying it. Society is weird when it allows someone to make fun of their ethnic/religious background of physical disability and were allowed to laugh at them, but god help you if you make a joke about other people, even if it is legitimately funny.

He won. I didn't follow the show and have only seen the small clip there. Was he worthy of winning? Or did his condition sway the vote at all? He made me laugh so I'm fine with it, but like I said I dunno what his competition was like.

He was deffinately funny throughout the season. I'm sure his condition played a part in him winning- after all that's what the majority of his jokes focused on, but I never felt that any other contestants were much better. I voted for him for all but 1 night when his act was off(lots of "uhhh"s and awkward pauses- he still got the best applause btw).

I love self-deprecating humour and he had that down very well, but each joke was indeed amplified by the fact he's got a condition that most people are too pc about in general. His life story is very suprising and inspiring. It seemed like he won over most viewers after the very first episode and everyone stuck with him.

It will be interesting to see what kind of cameos he gets in upcoming movies and tv shows.

Ty Barnett got robbed. Josh has his moments, but every single one of his jokes was either about his condition or Gabrielle. He has no range or diversity what so ever. If you see his show once, you'll have seen everything he can do. We get it. You're handicapped. What else can you talk about?

Ty on the other hand had jokes about everything and was much funnier.

Then again, the show has been proven to be rigged in the past so I'm sure this wasn't any different. "Reality" tv still sucks.

I liked Chris Poter better. Josh was kinda funny here and there but its like ok jokes on CP, joke on who left the show last week, and stand there going wow this is cool.

Chris was my fave then Ty

I liked Josh and Ty the most, but I did like Josh a bit more I think.

Chris Porter or whatever was obnoxious. I thought he was really funny at the friars roast, but when he did his stand up, that stupid whiney way he would talk (which was not how he normally spoke) couldn't have possibly gotten on my nerves any more.

Finally watched it on tivo. Ty should have won. Josh got many votes because he's a cripple. He is very funny though. My favorite was Chris.

Wife and I only saw the finale and I hope these weren't the best two guys. Either that or they both couldn't keep their thoughts together on stage. Both of their sets were "cracked a couple of smiles" worthy. I guess they were both funnier than the disaster that was dat phan but the other winners, Alonzo and Doug ran crlces around them. That's not even to mention the others in those two seasons that didn't even reach the finals. When Josh came up, I advised my wife that this was the guy people some on the board thought was funny. Great, bad cripple jokes, right up there with women comics complaining about their mothers/boyfriends. I needed to pull out my Brian Regan dvd to put it past me.

I think all 3 Michelle Balan, Chris Porter and Ty Barnett were funnier than Josh but unfortunately Josh got the pity votes
it's weird how it works sometimes, Josh was funny at the beginning but his material was so predictable it's not even funny after week 2

Michelle? My dog is funnier than Michelle. It was a fucking joke that any of those women were even on the show. 99% of women comics are fucking horrible. Ellen Degenerous(sp?) is a truly funny woman. Maybe a few others, but that's about it.

Ty was pretty consistent throughout the series.. but as mentioned, Josh got the sympathy votes. I rarely laughed at his stuff. I think that Gabrielle would have won if he hadn't gotten kicked off the show (for having a blackberry - no outside communication was allowed) earlier. I've seen him before LCS and he's really funny.

I didn't understand how Michelle made it so far, though she had more moments than Josh. Chris was better in the first 2/3 of the series. Towards the end, he just started losing it and I'm guessing nerves got to him. The short woman with the black hair was my favorite, but that's just cause I thought she was an adorable little munchkin.
