Was there a movie with the line... "Nigga stole my bike!" ?

If so, what was the name of the movie?


I am trying to piece together the "Nigga stole my bike" craze that is underway on http://www.ytmnd.com and other humor related sites.

The clips always have the near-same voice over, so I was wondering if the two were merged, the video is always from the NES game, Mike Tyson's Punchout, but the audio is what I am looking for.... possible movie clip.

I kinda somewhat recall a flick from the late 80s or early 90s that had that line in it but I could be wrong.
I probably gave you virtual items once upon a time...
