Whats zones and what mobs are dropping these fuckers? I havent seen 1 yet....

It's my theory that these wiping papers were removed frot he game after FoH was done farming them in HoH

I think the drop rate was reduced, but I still see them drop. Not sure if its luck or when the drop rate was lowered. But I saw them on semi-named goblins in PON and still once in a while on armors in HoH. Golems and spiders up top in PoV were dropping them too.

They drop in HoH.

Well, they USED to drop in HoH. I guess they still do if you consider 1 every 8 hours as "dropping".

The regular areas still dropping, just much much much slower.
