USC number 4! I do feel bad for Iowa, but hey I want my free trip across the country, and we are playing the hardest schedule in the country, which is the main reason that we were able leapfrog Iowa in the first place. They better give Iowa the other at large berth over that piece of shit Irish team, because after we thoroughly shit dicked them last Saturday I don't think anyone wants to see them in a tier 1 bowl. I guess we'll see next Sunday though when they release the final BCS standings.

Because basically it was looking like the east coast biased people that pick the orange bowl and sugar bowl teams were going to screw the Trojans out of a spot because they didn't think we'd fill the seats, but now that we are in the top 4 they can't do that. And that means a free trip across the country with the band for New Years Eve in either Miami or New Orleans, unless by some miracle fucla beats wazoo in which case we go to the Rose Bowl, which is also fine by me. Plus I'm just happy that we're ranked in the top 5 at the end of the season for the first time in like 10+ years.

Excuse me while I try and figure out why your Pac 10 teams are held as SUCK. Ok. You know why. USC is the only good team, maybe you though the other 5-6 teams should be in Tear 1 bowls?

I agree that the bcs is the worst championship system ever conceived in any sport, EVER! I was just happy that by making it to 4th in the bcs we clinched a berth in one of the tier 1 bowls, because otherwise we probably would have been screwed out of a spot by notre dame. And yes, the people that pick the at large teams are east coast biased because they would gladly take notre dame, an east coast team that we beat the fuck out of, over USC simply because they are notre dame and we are from the pac 10. I think thats pretty much bullshit. If the bcs is going to control who goes to the other bowls besides the national championship game, they should at least be fair about it. Otherwise just go back to the old system.

As for the pac 10 sucking, I do agree that a lot of our teams fell apart this year, but we're not as bad as east coast people would like to believe that we are. We had some good teams early on in asu and oregon, but ultimately they choked by the end of the season. I think that most people would agree that with the exception of va tech, miami, and florida state, the acc and big east are shit conferences. The only reason they are included in the bcs is because of those three teams essentially. At least the pac 10 mixes it up a lot. Two years ago oregon state and washington were up there in the standings, last year oregon and stanford made the top 10, and this year USC and wazoo are in the top 10. All of our teams may not have the consistency of some of the programs in the midwest and east coast, but I think its sort of unfair and unfounded to say that our conference sucks.

I can't agree with this. Va Tech is the biggest fucking "show" team around besides well....Notre Dame.

Yeah I don't really think Va Tech is great myself but in the past few years they've been ok. Plus I'm a Michael Vick fan, so I gotta give them just a bit of credit.

USC? OSU? UGa? Iowa?

VT has been better over the last 10 years than any of those schools.

Anyways, talk is talk. The Big 10 "Champions" will get beat down by the Big East Champs on Jan 3rd.

Virginia Tech 96-36-1 from 1992-2002

Ohio State 104-30-2 from 1992-2002

Oh, and make that 96-37-1 for VT after this weekend
