Good SNES, N64, or PC RPG

Post by Asheran Mojomaster »

Hey, I need a suggestion for a good rpg (or Zelda style game, but not Zelda) game to play for computer, N64, or super nintendo. I've played most of the good SNES rpgs made. Chrono trigger, Secret of Mana (and the sequel), Breath of Fire 1 and 2, Mario RPG, all the FFs, Lufia 1 and 2, Secret of Evermore, Secret of the Stars, Uncharted Waters 2, Terranigma, and think thats about it. Might be missing one or 2, but I think I've pretty much played every SNES rpg thats any good lol.

Earthbound is easy but fun, Shadowrun is an action-rpg but awesome (which will be done anew on the 360!) All i can think of at the moment.

Yeah earthbound was a fun one. I remember getting that when it first came out, it had a HUGE box for some reason that I can't remember. I do remember it being pretty simple to breeze through, not a lot of level grinding is necessary like in some FF games.

Hrmm, Earthbound and Shadowrun, I'll have to try those. And yeah, I forgot Ogre Battle. I played Ogre Battle and Ogre Battle 64.

Shadowrun on SNES for the win. Absolutely tops for any RPG I played on consoles...including everything made in the last 5 years.

Beat it 5 times, thats first in my list of played ones. Chrono Trigger, Secret of Mana, and Secret of Evermore are my favorite SNES RPGs of all time. Just have never gotten around to beating Evermore...maybe I should do that.
