Contrast does hurt its appeal a bit. If this gets down to the 1,500 mark a few months down the road I might consider it. The 2405 had a retail of 1299 and is selling for 899 and sometimes as low as 749.00 if you look hard enough.

There is a 2407 coming out to replace the 2405. It should be interesting to see what changes are made.
