Click on the publish settings and select Quicktime as one of the output types to export (SWF and HTML are usually selected by default, but you can check off as many as you like....) or under the "File Menu", select "Export" and then "Export Movie" and it will export the flash animation as a Quicktime movie.
The bad news is it will not do anything that is done in actionscript, I believe you won't get anything from nested timelines, and there is no way to control the playback or interactivity.
