Road Trip is better.
Eurotrip is still a good movie, but it will never come close to the glory of Road Trip.
And I'm beginning to automatically take the opposite stance of Rellix lately, he seems to hate everything. Road Trip was by far Tom Green's greatest work. There was just little enough of him in the movie that you don't get tired of him, and most of his lines were pretty funny.
To this day I can't hear someone say "Austin" without responding "Austin, Massachusetts?"

I honestly don't see how you can even draw a comparison between the two as Road Trip is a much, much better movie.
Scenes that come to mind and make me laugh:
The old man knocking over a lamp with his errection.
Andy Dick, as the hotel manager.
The guys defining what constitutes 'not cheating'.
Stifler talking in the voice of the main character's unit.
Tom Green getting attacked by the snake.
Stealing the bus from the school from the blind and using it to do a thrilling rendition of Twisted Sister's I wanna rock.
Milking the prostate.
"So far there's not a single drop of blood or semen."
...and my personal favorite:
Jumping the car.
As someone who has attempted to jump a car with a similar group of friends, I was dying laughing watching that (I don't recommend attempting a jump in a car you care about!).

Oh, my God; I care so little, I almost passed out.
