It's a Uwe Boll flick.
Might be ok to see for the unintentional comedic value.

Usually trailers make a movie look decent, even when they suck. Unfortunately, you could see the suckage right there in the preview.
When I was younger, I used to think that the world was doing it to me and that the world owes me some thing…When you're a teeny bopper, that's what you think. I'm 40 now, I don't think that anymore, because I found out it doesn't f--king work. One has to go through that. For the people who even bother to go through that, most assholes just accept what it is anyway and get on with it." - John Lennon

That trailer was a thousand times better than the previous trailers.
It's a given that a Uwe Boll movie is going to suck... the only question is how hard it's going to suck. This one has great potential.

Yup, I saw the trailer in the theater and I could not believe my eyes. It was horrible, I was waiting for it to say something like, coming soon on USA Network or some crap like that. No way they can possibly show that in the theater!

I stand corrected.
One good movie in 12 years.

You shouldn't be allowed to post in here. Kingsley is one of the planet's greatest living actors.

I wasn't aware that House of Sand and Fog was the work of a washed up actor.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0315983/awards

Does he work on some shitty films? Sure, it's called making money. Uwe Boll can hire talented people to try and pass off his films as something more than the crapfest they are because he's got a sweet scam going on in terms of financing and the German governments funding. Just cause someone appears in a film of his doesn't mean they're "washed up", they are just for hire.

Dunno, I still think he's just not being given the roles. I don't think there's anything wrong w/ his acting.

Dear god, i actually made a mistake today and SAW this trailer. I mean, hearing Bloodrayne and Uwe Boll in same sentence was enough to make me run away screaming, but DAMN that trailer was bad.
And i almost fell over laughing seeing Michael Madsen in that dress, after Kill Bill i cant see him as anything more than Budd :)

Ben Kingsley is a great actor, what's interesting is to see how he acts in this movie... :)

That fellow sure can do some good interpretations!

I assume he is playing a rather stiff ol vampire in this one, so maybe not so emotional.

Meatloaf will rock tho!

I didn't say the movie was great, I said he was great in that movie. ie: his acting was good.

Btw, it's Sir Ben Kingsly.

The list of his awards and nominations are impressive, especially during the last 3-4 years.
