Any have any graphic problems since the patch? This morning I got on a bird from Org to Gadget and the whole thing was choppy all the way down. There was no smooth transition between the wings going up and down and every tick you could see the screen shift forward like a Go, Stop, Go, Stop, Go....
My latency was only 100. I do have all my addins turned off as well but not sure if that makes a difference. (They've been off since the patch) It is like having major lag. Can you have major lag with a low latency?

Yes, you can have a sort of lag with low latency. The lag you speak of is video lag. I know that I have experienced major lag after certain patches in certain online games...and my latency was low. It wound up being video related for me (in one case I had to update my video card drivers to resolve the issue).
