Some interesting things coming down the pipes for sure.
Confirmation that the expansion is going to be announced at Blizzcon,
Fee-based character transfer if you feel so inclined, some information about Zul'Gurub and another instance coming in the future.

A good "coming soon" thread but no real substantial information on how they're dealing with WOW's problems as they are today (Infrequent updates, farmers, the PvP ladder etc...)

They better crank that expansion out ASAP, and it better have a few new races and classes as well as high end content. It better not have 15 new zones for 1-55 and 4 zones for lvls 55-60. I hope they've learned from Sony's mistakes in that regard.

I'm glad they've at least announced it, but knowing Blizzard, it will take another year to release it. And what's the deal with Hero status? It goddamn better not be another form of Alternate Advancement!

I just hope that we don't have to do the kind of stupid grinds needed for Timbermaw and Thorium Bros faction or have to raid MC/BWL either. There is nothing heroic about being a cog in a 40 piece machine or grinding.

Timbermaw faction is one of the biggest jokes in the game. Killing thousands and thousands of greenies, and running a single hand-in the length of the zone is not fun. Wtf were they thinking?

Back to the expansion, what are your predictions?

I think they'll stick pretty much to the Frozen Throne units, like possibly a bloodelf spellbreaker for alliance and a shadowhunter troll for the horde. Just guessing of course, but both units could add some intersting dynamics to the game.

THE MANGINA BALANCE MUST BE RESTORED!

Northrend. A whole continent of undead = a paladin's wet dream. I can now see the Horde bitching about "the unfair advantage Alliance have over Northrend because of paladins."
