I've been looking around trying to find a good MP3 tag editor, but havent found one that I like yet.
Anyone use a program they just love and find it works great? Would be preferred if the program had access to freedb (online database of song id3 info) or anything similar to automatically fill in the fields
MP3 Tag Editor
Tag&Rename - http://www.softpointer.com/tr.htm
I've literally used it for thousands and thousands of files and it pretty much does all I need.

Sure, if you only have a few MP3s and want to type all that in there. Download a batch of a few thousand at a time and let me know how that goes! With T&R you simple hit F9 and it searches for the album in the freedb database. Or F10 with the registered version and search for it on amazon.com where you can also get the cover and a review about half the time. If it's in the database it will take a grand total of 30 seconds to apply the tags and rename the files using a specific format you define (if you wish).Tenuvil wrote:it's easy enough to edit mp3 tag info in either Winamp or through Windows Explorer...
So to summarize: Yes, it's easy enough to do it in winamp or explorer but it's not the most efficient way of doing so.
