I think it looks funny but I can always wait for comedies on DVD. I usually reserve my movie going for action and horror flicks.

Funny stuff.

This one is comarable to The Wedding Crashers on the comedy scale.

Better than you probably think it will be.

Now, there's a point, why don't movie ratings at least split along gender lines. Then Titanic could rate a 5 like it should.

The titanic was a 5 for the first three hours...then the last five minutes...when Leonardo Decrapio went under for the last time...it went up to a 10...so I gave it a 7.5 overall.

As much as I enjoyed watching Leonardo Di Caprio die and savouring Kate Winslets impressive rack, Titanic was still an unforgivable sack of shit :(

I enjoyed Titanic as well. I don't understand the unrelenting hatred for the film at all. It did many things well and had a compelling story with good acting. There are cretianly much worse films out there.

I enjoyed Titanic from start to finish and have watched it more than once!

Has anyone else seen the movie that is the topic of this thread?

Nope but I have to admit I did enjoy the part of Titanic where I got to see Kate Winslet's boobies :)

Never saw Titanic. Actually never even had the desire to see it even when it did the runs on regular TV. There are very few 3+ hour movies I feel compelled to sit and watch.

I saw the late showing of 40 yr old virgin last night and I thought it was a riot. It's the funniest movie I've seen all year. It's completely inappropriate, unbelievably vulgar, and an instant comedy classic :) I can't wait until a "unrated" version is released on DVD, but I can't really think of anything they actually cut out of the theatrical version!

went out and bought the unrated version last night without even seeing it. definately worth it. it was fucking hilarious, however, if you compare this movie to wedding crashers (everyone else does), wedding crashers is better.

I'm not sure if I agree or not, though 40YOV is fresher in my mind. I think I might have laughed harder on my first viewing of that than Wedding Crashers. Both hilarious though.

It's been a good year for comedies. And isn't Jim Carrey (sp) in a new movie soon? I laugh just thinking about Liar Liar.

This movie is fucking hilarious, but I don't know if I thought it or wedding crashers was funnier. I laughed to the point of tears at more than one point in both of them.

I went and saw the Titanic in the theatre.. I strongly disliked it.. Was funny though all the looks of disgust I got when I started laughing uncontrolably when Leonardo DiCrapio died and she let him fall down into the water.. People were all weeping and i couldnt stop laughing.. lol..

Gratz for being that prick in the audiance everyone wishes was dead because you've ruined everyone else's movie going experiance and you still think it's funny.

I understand that a thug gangsta like yourself can't be seen crying or showing emotions in front of your crew if you're going to stay at the top of the gang food chain and all, but at what price Funk? Jesus, the streets have really made you hard haven't they? I mean hella hard. I'll spill a 40 on the floor for you tonight homey, becuase you're dead inside. Think about it. Tupac and Biggie didn't die for this. They wanted you to be happy. Don't let thier deaths be in vain.

Peace. I'm outta here. Word to your mutha.

I liked Liar Liar.

But the recent Jim Carrey movie that just came out, Fun with Dick and Jane, isn't so great. Or so I've read.

Oh isnt that cute. I laughed because I thought it was funny, there are movies that have got me teary eyed but this was far from one of them. I have every right to start laughing as much as anyone in the theatre had the right to start crying when that worthless no talent waste of life dicrapio died. People that cry at movies annoy me and ruin my movie going experience so fuck them for being "that person" too I guess.

But go ahead and make it into another post about me and get a few of the other fucking faggots on this site to come out of the woodworks too, its all that keeps you pathetic computer nerds alive, and I wouldnt want to deprive you of your livlihood.

that worthless no talent waste of life dicrapio
I and many others happen to consider Leonardo Dicaprio to be a very good actor.

It's fine if you didn't care for his performance in Titanic (I don't think it was very good either), but to label him has a worthless no-talent waste of life only makes you look like an idiot or a drama-queen (I suspect both).

eople that cry at movies annoy me and ruin my movie going experience so fuck them for being "that person" too I guess
I think it might be that you are just too hardcore to enjoy an emotional drama and you think crying at a movie might ruin your street cred.

That's ok.. to each their own. :D

I think he played so well in Catch me if you Can, because he's such a childish actor, and playing a child made his acting look professional. I loved both of those movies, too.
