The following is an actual Ventrilo... "argument" to say the least.

Please note: this completely depends on audio as most YTMND's do. There's lots of screaming so I suggest you don't turn your speakers up too loud. Just about every line has some sort of cussing it in, so don't frown at me if a boss hears this.
