i'm just kind of summarizing what i think are the main points being read.

1. Preliminary diagnosis of bulemia in her collapse is suspect
2. She could not eat if fed. She would choke to death. ie feeding tube was necessary (contrary to parents assertion).
3. no evidence of abuse or administration of compounds to speed her death (contrary to some assertions by persons like Sean Hannity)
4. "her brain was profoundly atrophied" "half the weight" "massive neuronal death from hypoxia" " no amount of therapy would rehabilitate this" "severe occipital lobe necrosis" she had "cortical blindness" "she could not see".
5. when asked, "Did she starve to death". Answer: "no".
when asked "was there any abuse". Answer: "no"

Cause of death: "Anoxic encephalopathy" ie brain damage from lack of oxygen.

so in other words, her former husband was probably correct.

no evidence was presented that controverted the diagnosis that she was in a persistent vegetative state. The autopsy supported the diagnosis of persistent vegetative state, (per Chief of Neurology Emory School of Medicine).

Neurophathologist further clarified: "no higher cortical function". she was completely brain dead, what makes a person "a person" no longer existed in her brain.

I wonder if the good doctor, Sen. Bill Frist will perform an autopsy from the Senate floor, just like he performed a diagnosis of Ms. Schiavo from an edited video tape - nevermind that he is a cardiologist by training. The same Dr. Frist who thinks that HIV virus is transmittable via sweat and tears.

Jesus ... Just read through the autopsy report in detail.

They found the remote control to the Schiavo household, which was lost in 1990, adhered to Terry's Uterus. This explains evertime Terry coughed Lifetime would come on the hospital TV.

Cause of death .. Ray-o-vac poisioning. Wow.
