Yeah, kind of funny how the first year someone comes out with a better football game (NFL 2K5), EA gets an exclusive contract so we're stuck playing whatever game they decide to spew out.

Upon a glance that lasted more than half a second, I can't agree with you more. In the above screen alone, that game looks like shit. Developers claim they can improve graphics each round but I'm not seeing that.

Grats PS2 players on dropping 50 bucks for updated rosters for the 5th (6th?) year in a row. Xbox too right?

you are retarded if you think the only updates to the madden series of games have been in the way of roster updates over past 5 years

it's actually come a long way...and still shots are nothing compared to video when previewing most sports games; or any games for that matter

I downloaded Madden 06 this weekend.

Maddon 06 isn't even as good as ESPN2K was last year. What a shame. Greedy bastards and their monopolies (except Gates, he rulez)

It would have been nice to see what ESPN came up with for the Xbox 360 instead of maybe seeing the equivalent of ESPN2K5 at best on the Xbox 360 from EA one year later.
