As summer appoaches, the American Shad make their very large run up the Columbia River. This species seems to be endless and never seem to diminish from year to year. This is the Bonneville Lock & Dam fish cam:

Most of the fish you see this time of year are the shad, but there are plenty of Spring run Chinook(Springer) salmon as well. Below, I caught two images of some lamprey making their run along the shad. Lamprey are some sick looking fuckers and tend to enjoy swiming at night.
