Why is it, that on the last couple of days before vacation, all the weasels that needed my assistance on projects decide they HAVE to have something before I go or while I'm on vacation?

Dammit, I've had this scheduled and on the corporate calendar for months, everyone I've worked with knows about it. I made sure just to avoid this situation.

I haven't been on a vacation in years that I haven't wound up working at some point.
