There are currently two active guilds in Plane of Time:

Keepers of the Elements - Raid Wed / Sat
Only the Brave - Raid Tues / Thurs

Infinite Odyssey is now just starting in Plane of Time and I am not sure what day(s) (Mon / Fri ?) they will choose. There are also at least 2 other guilds that are close to entering Plane of Time. Along with this, you have a smattering of higher end guilds that occasionaly hit Time for some farming.

Sunday is our optional raiding day for other stuff. Time is usually cleared sometime Thursday.

I wouldn't say that "soon" is the correct word in that sentence.. "Eventually" is more accurate as you're looking at probably 2-3 months for them to implement it, and then another month to fix it and stop the leet cloth caps from dropping.
