Cosmos
I never really realized just how much this UI does. I played without it yesterday and I felt as if I were playing blind. What I want to know is, which addin is the one that adds those boxes along the bottom? I started using the ones provided by the game and I really like those better. Does anyone know off hand? Better yet, if someone is really bored could you make a description of each of the Addins that are listed on the character screen or give a link that gives a more detailed "laymans" terms description.

Not sure what addon added the lower row of hot buttons. After this patch, I got rid of all UI mods and am just using the one that Blizz put in. It is lacking in some areas that I have grown to love using both cosmos and CT mod. But, I have noticably higher fps and the lag has been reduced.

I was using Cosmos since day 1...never had major issues with it (I disabled Thottbot) save for the rare string error pop-up. After this last patch, Cosmos was hosed for me no matter what I did.
I tried Blizzard's default UI on Tuesday...but I missed certain things that I had with Cosmos like my quest log showing the level of the quest...and when you hover your cursor over something/someone it showed the info at the top of the screen in the center (WoW default UI shows it in the lower right hand corner).
A guildmate told me to try CTMod...and I love it! Very configurable. Tool bars/buff bars...pretty much everything is able to be moved and rotated from horizontal to vertical.

All the mods "break" after patches because they change the .toc files and version of the game. CT usually has a patch set up right away, all you have to do is delete your addons and grab the new ones. If you are having issues still, zap your wtf folder and let it repatch through the game.
