I would like to make 2 proposals...

You see, this game the way it is structured now will take another 2 weeks to play out at least.

So here's what I propose to shorten it to a mere week. This will take effect after next death...

Everyone's HP is cut down to 20% of original. For example mine would be 11 since I have 55ish HP.

Those who have less than 50 HP get 10 HP.

The second thing I'd like to see would be getting rid of the +3 hp to everyone rule.
