Some questions have responses where you might lean equally towards both, so I took mine twice.

#1
On Non-Fiscal Issues, you rank as a Moderate Liberal (32).
On Fiscal Issues, you rank as a Centrist (50).

#2
On Non-Fiscal Issues, you rank as a Moderate Liberal (20).
On Fiscal Issues, you rank as a Centrist (47).

i like how it splits social and fiscal issues. i view myself as more economically moderate. i'm not that satisfied with all of the answer choices for some of the questions. there were several i simply didnt feel like had an answer i agreed with, but thats ok =).

I agree, but it was good to have an importance factor thrown in. I'm not really concerned with gun policies so much as I am about a woman's right to choose

On Non-Fiscal Issues, you rank as a Moderate Liberal (29).
On Fiscal Issues, you rank as a Moderate Liberal (39).
Your score is on a scale of 0 to 100, with 0 being fully liberal and 100 being fully conservative.

Who knew? I don't like being labeled but I like seeing where my views stand in the grand scheme of things. I feel I would answer the same way in 10 years and the results would swing different due to the change in how these view points happen over the years.

On Non-Fiscal Issues, you rank as a Moderate Liberal (38).
On Fiscal Issues, you rank as a Centrist (44).

So where are all of the far-leaning people? Everyone so far seems to be either "centrist" or "moderate something". I agree with my non-fiscal ranking, but I thought my fiscal rating would be more conservative...of course, that could just be because I'm an idiot and I don't keep up with fiscal issues enough.

Maybe not but some people are into comparing where they stand with others and flawed as it may be, this provides at least some measuring point. Besides, this survey really doesn't apply to us Canadians: there are too many different issues that our respective governments deal with (and differing national interests/agendas) and some cultural differences (such as our opinions on health care systems) for us to respond as a citizen of the US would.
