Gran Turismo 4, Compete online.

Post by Rayquan »

Im sure you'll all appreciate an ad for my message board, but I want enough people to hear about this before my ezboard 30trial is up.

Basically what it is, is me being pissy about there being no online mode in GT4, so what im doing is creating forums that will have updated posted times , sorted by the tracks, of racers who send in their info to me, as a way where racers can "compete" online, with time attacks.

All the info is on the forums, and I hope you GT4 fans will enjoy this too.

sorry about the ad

I read that if you download the program XLink Kai Evolution VII, you can trick the game into thinking it is a LAN set up and play online with other users. Just a thought.
When I was younger, I used to think that the world was doing it to me and that the world owes me some thing…When you're a teeny bopper, that's what you think. I'm 40 now, I don't think that anymore, because I found out it doesn't f--king work. One has to go through that. For the people who even bother to go through that, most assholes just accept what it is anyway and get on with it." - John Lennon

It is a program, just search for it. It tricks your PS2 into thinking you set up a Lan party. Then just play under the LAN setting of the game with other people that are on line.

You need a hacked XBox I think

It works. Zeep kicked my ass in a few PGR2 races awhile ago. There aren't many people on it. XBox Live is not in jeopardy of going under to Kai.

Naw this is for the PS2 and you do not need a hacked version. It was in last month's PSM magazine.
