I guess this made sense back then, but nowadays its got quite another meaning. Fear the Jokers Boner.
Oh well, i bet that Batman got a Bat-Chastity Belt somewhere.

hehehe, i love the one on page 2 where Superman creates a machine that sees through time and the caption that goes with it underneath.
