TEHRAN (Reuters) - Iranian police are looking for a phony sorcerer who conned a man into believing he was invisible and could rob banks, the Jam-e Jam newspaper said Thursday.

Customers at a Tehran bank quickly overpowered the deluded robber after he started snatching banknotes from their hands.

Appearing in court, the repentant thief said he paid five million rials ($625) to a man who gave him some spells and told him to tie them to his arm to become invisible.

"I made a mistake. I understand now what a big trick was played on me," the would-be bank robber was reported as telling the judge. His name was not given.

What an idiot. Everyone knows the bank guards see through regular invis. He should've paid the extra $50 and gotten improved superior camo.

Now why would the police be looking for the sorceror? Are they going to charge him with fraud? Or are they looking to buy spells as well? Was the robber Canadian?

Should have had a ranger harmony pull the bank. I would be almost positive that the guards could not be mesmerized.

You need to have a partner to pull this off. Partner walks into the bank and shoots one of the bankers, this will piss him off so run back out the door. The guy he shot will chain aggro everyone else in the bank and they'll all run out the front door chasing your partner, have him kite everyone from the bank around the block while you walk in and take all the money you want. When you have it all tell your partner so he can run out of the city to safety.

Don't worry about faction, you wont take a hit. Your partner will, but if he's never robbed a bank before it shouldn't matter much, he should be able to walk right back in and access his account by talking to the banker he shot earlier, or any of the other ones.

Have you ever really looked at security guards in banks? They look half mezzed to begin with.
