My Newest Niece!

I'm so lazy... I'm just copy/pasting from an email I sent today haha!!

My sister had her first baby yesterday morning

Well, after 30 hours of labor, 3 epidurals, and a c-section later, my beautiful niece, Isabella Reese Leto, was born!! Michelle endured extremely hard labor and the decision was made to perform a cesarian section. Michelle & Joe asked me to be the 2nd labor coach - that was such an honor to be asked and to be able to experience this with them. I'm still recovering from the shock of that, and will hold it dear to my heart forever! This now makes it 3 births I was a part of, and I STILL want to have a baby! Haha!

Michelle & Isabella are doing wonderfully, and Michelle is recovering from the surgery. They're both at Central DuPage Hospital and will be coming home sometime mid-week. Joe is doing well too, but now fighting off a cough. Grandma & Grandpa Lewis joined us at the hospital after the birth and of course were speechless! They're also doing well! We're all so excited to see this bundle of joy come into our lives!

I find it hard not to make a crack at this line, but I suppose theres a time and place. But seriously, lets just hope her first boyfriend doesnt come out "20 inchs long".

Two of my cousins (sisters) had their babies Friday. My uncle is a first time grampa x's 2!

30 hours? I feel sorry for that husband

I was lucky in that my two kids were less than 8 hours each.

As soon as their mother hit 6cm, she was at 10 and ready to push within an hour.

Doctor almost missed the 2nd one. He didn't believe us when we told him it would be quick
