Spirit?

Post by Aabidano »

The description It says it affects regen rates, has anyone parsed the effect of increases? Are there threshholds or just it just keep adding benefit the higher it goes?

Goes up for every point as far as I can tell. It has different effects for each class, though. For instance, as a warrior with about 60 spirit I regen around 50-60 health a tick. A shaman with 60 spirit would regen like 20-30 health but 60 or so mana a tick. That's just an off the wall example, not actual figures.

At 190(ish) spirit my mana comes back noticably during a fight, was wondering about thresholds and such. HP regen is good too, but nearly as significant.

I can keep myself alive just about forever against "reasonable" mobs :)

Pretty sure you don't regen hps during combat.

Curious why you think that because I think hp regen continues during combat...I think I've even noticed it in my troll while fighting.

I don't think you do, atleast not at the normal rate. Warriors have a talent that allows them 30 secs (I think) of their normal regen in combat. Would seem to be a pretty pointless talent if you always had normal regen in combat. Not to mention I currently regen 32hp a round outside of combat, I'm pretty sure I would notice if I was getting that kind of regen in combat.

Edit - It is combat endurance. It is the last thing in the protection tree, and it allows you 10% of your spirit regen to work in combat. It is a passive skill. So based on that, I'm going to say you don't regen hp in combat.

Trolls are the only race that regens health in combat. They only regen the bonus 20% regen they get for being a troll and not the full regen amount.
