Shameless Website Plug

Post by Sparty »

Hey fellas,
Just put my new website up. Its basically just a place for my resume and demo reel when I graduate next year, but it has a ton of my art work on it and I figured some of you may be interested in checking it out. Probably not what your use to seeing from me as far as the art work goes, but neat stuff none the less =) (in other words, no nubs, poop, or things coming out of ass holes).

Happy Holidays
My name is Sparty

Edit:
Me and Little rico went into a store. I saw what he saw and we both hit the floor. Ebumar was at the cashier waving a gun. I whispered to LR, lets get up and run. But Little Rico is a hero and he does what hero's do. So he said, listen sparty, pls squat down and take a poo. So I did what I do and I took the poo. I gave it to LR to see what he'd do. Little Rico picked up my poo and he tossed it at Ebumar. Then Ebumar started crying and he ran to his gettaway car. The cashier was very happy and she gave us free candy. Then I looked at Little Rico and said, boy, Isn't this dandy?

That Better? =)

Do you mean "demo reel"? If so, then it is not spelled correctly on your website. Other than that it looks ok to me.

Lol Voron,
That brings back a lot of memories =)
Wish I still had all my old stories and Pics. I guess as long as VV lives then the Jew poem will live on.

My name is Sparty

<><><><><><>
Its friday night and im alone at my desk. I wish I had something to do.
Ide have something to do if I was a jew. If I was a jew, ide have
something to do. Maybe my friend Tango knows something to do.

Hello Tango, how are you?

Im fine thank you, but i know nothing to do. who? who? If i was a jew ide know what to do.

If i was a jew ide know what to do, ide sit on the toilet and take a bloody poo.
I would take that poo cause its something to do.
Hey tango,i think thomas is a jew, he'll know what to do. who? you? I do.

Hello thomas, are you a jew?

No im not a jew, but I know what to do. Pull down your pants and pee in your shoe.

I'll pull down my pants, and pee in my shoe. Cause thats something to do. Not thats
its what a jew would do, even if its something to do. you? who?

So i pull down my pants and begin to pee in my shoe, but up from my penis came a
crab who i quickly named boo.
Hello little boo, are you a jew?

No im not a jew, im just a crab, now shut your fucking face, i must get back to my lab.

I was upset and sad. I was no jew. I had nothin to do, so I called up a ho named Mary Sue.
Mary Sue was no jew, but she knew what to. She do, I do, who?

Howdy Mary Sue, how do you do?

Hello Sparty, im just fine.

Mary Sue, would you like to come over and do something to do?

Yes, i'll fuck and i'll suck, and do something to do. As a jew would do if his named
was lou.

So she came over and looked at me too. She said, hello little Sparty, now pull down your
pants and give me something to do, even though im not a jew and your not a jew, its
sometihng to do. who?

So I pulled down my pants, and Mary Sue said.

wow, you are a jew....

Nah, we were all ready to leave. The old VV was turning to crap. Thank God Xou and company took it into their hands to give us a new home.
Skimityrooo. Little Rico misses the old VV from time to time though.

The old VVault launched player feuds that lasted for years and some till this very day.

That's evidence enough that EQ > WoW, insert any other MMORPG here

No game has come close to sparking the level of hate that EQ did. I think perhaps game developers took that the wrong way and started up instanced zones, etc. No more drama, No more steamrolling people IRL to get home in time to beat out another guild or staying up until dawn waiting for a named to pop. What we really need is a game that overcrowds, requires KS'ing and steamrolling. That's the kind of game that becomes legendary, not these pacifist new games.

See, I always believed that the rushing, KSing, steamrolling were the most un-enjoyable aspects of the game. The fact that there is/was a psychological need for a place like this - a place to bring server disputes, to burn off frustrations caused by other guilds and whatnot - was a flaw in the game's design. While I am not disputing that the "arguments" were fun, the fact that the game created such a hostile environment on the upper end was a failure, not a feature.

That being said, I think the instancing of most raid encounters allows for a more viable progression. Everyone now has a greater opportunity to reach a level of equivalent power, instead of just one or three uberguilds dominating the scene. Remember - it's only sunny if you're not staring up at somebody's ass.

Now, I don't dispute the need for player vs player interaction. I think that PVP is a mandate in MMO's and one that EQ2 refuses to adapt to. I can deal with that - Counterstrike Source - but that's an aspect that WOW has done exceedingly well with and I hope that other MMO's coming out in the future emulate it. However, events arising that cannot be dealt with by a simple duel that actually do result in hurt feelings, migraines, and open physical hostility towards one another are not necessary - and anything that can be done to limit those outbursts (nothing will ever eliminate them) can only be for the betterment of the gaming community at large.

My name is Akaran and I'll be the outspoken pacifist of the day that everyone is going to hate.
Akaran of Mistmoore, formerly Akaran of Veeshan
I know I'm good at what I do, but I know I'm not the best.
But I guess that on the other hand, I could be like the rest.

what's there to h8 someone for in eq2?.. because they wont group with you, thats about the only thing i could think of. i h8 my whole guild. just kidding. :)

--

i totally see both sides... and in UO, I enjoyed both the feeling of attacking a player, and being attacked and trying to defend/escape/retaliate. In EQ, I despised KS'ing and steamrolling, the game design was at fault for allowing players to screw other players without recourse. Theres a mix somewhere, but wherever it is, I don't think I can ever play an mmorpg like I did uo + eq.
