I'm back... I think

Post by Imster »

So I'm thinking of picking up WoW. Question is, will I be able to play on US servers from Asia? I will be creating the account using a CC with a US billing address, so that shouldn't be a problem. When I try to login for the first time, will it check my IP and cockblock me? If so, will using an IP spoofer remedy this?

If you have a US CC it should be fine.

The US CC is enough, Drolgin didn't use any form of spoofing. i have that directly from him since i talked to him about it. :D

Question: Was it only Europeans that were segregated from the US servers, or did that include Asian countries?

There are seperate Korean servers. Not sure how it affects all Asian countries, but i Know that Blizzard is huge in Korea and they get just as much royal treatment as America does.
