A proposal

I propose a left and right Current Events forum be made. It's obvious many from the left hate to hear a differing point of view, so lets give them their own forum. We right leaning folks won't go there. The right CE forum can be open to all, because we don't mind it. We enjoy the heated exchange of ideas. I don't particularly enjoy constant being falsely accused of being a racist and a bigot every day, but I'm big enough to handle it and the rest of us seem to be as well.

While I have to grudgingly admit that I wouldn't mind something like that, it would defeat the purposes of having an actual debate forum where people of unlike ideals can come and post.

After all, there's like what, a grand total of 5-7 conservatives that post here anyways?

I agree with the fuck em concept as well.

I've said this before....no matter what has been said by anyone on these boards, I would still relish the opportunity to sit down over a coffe or beer with anyone on these boards and talk about anything. I think these boards are a great release, but still nothing beats a great interpersonal encounter.

I've had that before. Guinness with coffee, kinda wierd, but I drank the whole thing. Of course, this was near the end of a night of drinking.

Nope, no vomiting. That was sort of my finisher. The group I hang out with many times has a cup of coffee at the end of a drinking night. Doesn't really do anything, just sort of became a tradition.
