Custom UI

I'm having trouble loading a custom UI. I know /loadui *blank* doesn't work, anyone have any advice how to get it to work since it's broken atm?

I'm using 3 bits from EQ2Interface and they also tell you how to create a .ini file to load them.
I'm using the bigger Pet Window (cos im a necromancer), a player window with health+power numbers+% and the enhanced Quest Journal (search the forum for DogVomit) which totally rules.
