bad santa

Post by Zamtuk »

Fucking hilarious. Half decent plot, story, and all that. I fully expect it to get trashed by the critics, but it is funny as hell.

EDIT: I take that back, every review has given it a B or an A. The all said it was rude, twisted, and vulgar. Then all went to commend it on how funny it was.

For once, the critics are right.

It seemed funny but it also seemed like one of those movies where all the slightly amusing parts were in the previews and their was nothing else to the film. Good to hear it's getting decent reviews and that I won't be wasting my harvested kidney used to pay for the movie ticket.
Oh, and your poet Eliot had it all wrong:
THIS is the way the world ends.

The movie is a fucking riot.

Thanks for the recommendation, Zam. Saved me having to watch Paul Walker prance around like a fag again.
Oh, my God; I care so little, I almost passed out.

Not a bad movie. Adult dark humor for sure though. Several funny lines.

Saw this yesterday. It was funny as hell. Even my wife who hates these kind of movies thought it was funny and enjoyed it. I am not a big fan of Billy Bob but he played his role perfectly and the dorky fat kid was hilarious. This was a very good dysfunctional comedy that really wasn't as predictable as it may have seemed. Overall I thought it was fairly original and I don't believe I have seen or heard of a movie with more swearing. The swearing was very fitting though and was hilarious as hell.

it wasn't quite as funny as I thought it might be - but was pretty funny

definately NOT FOR KIDS - don't bring your freaking kids - I went to a late night show and people....brought their kids...once again not appropriate for kids

I laughed a lot though - sometimes a sort of horrified laughter

Super duper bump!

I just bought and watched the DVD. Holy shit, this movie was funny. I can't remember the last time I laughed so hard during a movie that I had tears running down my face. It's an extremely quotable film. A must own!

Kid: Santa!
Willie: Yeah.
Kid: You're bringing my present early?
Willie: No
Kid: But I never told you what I wanted.
Willie: I said I didn't bring it, dipshit.
