no surprise... lot of cabinet members changing and this is a brand new department.

I don't see anything he did as great enough to deserve another 4 years. imho, that should be the test.

What do you mean? His performance has been flawless! There have been no homeland attacks on his watch, etc, etc, and all the other bullshit that republicans have been spewing for the last 2 years while you generate as much emnity as possible.

They should have linked the terror alert system more closely to spending though, that's all that achieved.
