- Fixed a bug that was causing people to crash when certain text was sent.

- Spell drops were updated in the first two tier Planes of Power zones.

- Classes with 61+ level spells from other expansions will find they no longer receive these spells as rewards for turning in scrolls in the Plane of Knowledge. Spells that can be purchased will no longer be given as rewards either.

- Updated several spells that classes should have been able to use but couldn't. Also removed a few no rent and no drop flags from some spells.

- Anizok Maximizing Device and Anizok Minimizing Device can now be recharged via class-6 manabattery.

- Anizok Gauze Press changed to have 20 charges, rechargeable via class-1 manabattery.

- Addressed issues with Thelin Poxbourne hedge maze event.

- The combination for Greasy Diamond of Innovation has been fixed.

- If you helped Grimror and are uncertain what to do next you may glean some knowledge through Identify.

- Technique of Master Wu should no longer give a "You can't hit them from here" message when using flying kick or eagle strike.

- Wembly in the Plane of Storms should be more willing to talk to people.

- Also note, the volume of information in the Bazaar window has increased with the new search feature added on the 25th. If you can't see the FIND button, you can stretch the window by clicking and dragging the lower right corner of the window.

Apparently initial reports suggest that certain zones have had their exp tuned down. So unless you sat there in your own feces like some have for 5 days straight to get 65, then you better plan on it taking you even longer.

Exp in 60 was a bit silly, but it wasn't a real level anyway.

61+ exp was pretty slow already, unless you've got a buttload of time to burn. Seems worse than the old hell levels were.

Haha, great. So the folks w/ way too much fucking time on their hands get the benefit and would have gotten 65 before everyone else anyway. Meanwhile everyone else who actually have to budget time to play gets kicked in the nads. I love that train of thought. Doesn't cross their minds and say, "let the freaks get their levels by playing incessantly, everyone else will enjoy their time with our nice zone bonus".

you cant tune the game around the select few, some of whom have 40-50+hrs a week to play, multiple boxes, etc.

those people will always be doing some things absurdly ahead of the curve.

but to lift a point furor made on the FoH board: 65 is not the end of xp in PoP. it is the foundation. there are tons and tons of AAs to get after that.

it isnt even like the average "excellent" player is 65 yet either. Sure some of them are, but there are some who have only dinged 61, or are 62, 63, whatever.

it is bullshit.

Well... I have heard about some ungoldy exp in tier 2 zones, but so what! Right now VI has its customers pretty happy. This expansion is pretty damn fun, and part of the fun is because there are some pretty rich exp areas.

Verant, you have pleased us big time! To reward the people who can advance faster than the majority, and then punish the majority because of the minority makes no sense at all!. It is a slap in the face. ANd from a business standpoint, it makes no sense whatsoever if the rumors are true.

Guess we need to really wait and see what the rumored change is. We are Everquest customers, we have proved in the past that we dont stop playing because there is no more room to level.

As far as crowding goes for a bunch of 65s(like how the 60s were before PoP)...well thank you for making such a nice expansion, it appears you addressed crowding issues with giagantic zones that can support a heck of OMGIAMRETARDEDCAUSEALOTISTWOWORDS of players.

Anyways my point is....We are pretty damn happy! OMGIAMRETARDEDCAUSEALOTISTWOWORDS of it is becuase exping is less straining and more FUN than before. WE ARENT GOING ANYWHERE hehe.I like the foundation comment, that really makes OMGIAMRETARDEDCAUSEALOTISTWOWORDS of sense.
