Help get me off this island!

Ive killed the stupid orc, but now how do i get off this retarded island? Nothing in my journal helps me, actually there is nothing even there.

Ambassador is inside the tavern by the docks. Next dude you need to talk to after that is right outside the tavern....hmm ambassador is for evil races so after him you go to the east docks.

Actually, afik, the Refugee islands are split between Qyenos and FP, I'm not 100% sure on that, but yes, it is the ambassador you need to talk to.

Another question

if i leave the island with a shard on a corpse somewhere, will it kill me further in the game? or do i need this shard?

the shards are a very good thing to have, and yes, you will suffer if you don't keep them, as I understand it

well right now im trying to figure out how to obtain citizenship in qeynos in order to get lvl 7. Soeone said i have to look at this door, but that did nothing, so ill try and finish the "welcome to qeynos" quest first

Click on the sign near the gate.

Click on the sign and get your task, read through all the crap that it tells you to do then go and collect 5 coins for killing your lil creatures. Kinda foggy with the rest because I can't remember what comes after but I know to finally obtain citizenship I had to go kill some smugglers or somethign in a dungeon. It gives you a choice to let some go if you think their stories are legit or just kick their asses. Anyways hope that helps, sorry its so vague. I ended up getting stuck with one too many quests to do always, but thats how I bought some pretty decent stuff to put on my mage, not to mention pay people to make my spells for me.

yea i tried the clicking stuff too... it didnt work

i eventually figured out i needed to finish the first quest, the one where you are in your house with that woman, and then it allowed me to get the application, and im now a citizen in qeynos! fancy new sword and some other stuff!
