I really fail to see why you will not say what religion you are, other then the fact that you yourself are also a hypocrit in terms of picking and choosing what you decide in terms of that religion.

It is not a logically sound argument, unfortunately. "Telling someone to be free..." is a construct of language that leaves the door open for self contradiction if you intentionally choose to ignore the content and focus on the sentence construction. This is because the imperative tense (a command) is not consistent with the direct object (freedom); the flaw is not in the content, but in the grammar itself.

Kinda late in replying, but those are ethical issues not moral issues (though someone may have a moral code against them).
